Every engagement follows the same four stages. You always know what is being built, what it costs, and what state it is in.

    We start with the problem, not the feature list. Discovery ends with a written technical scope, a delivery plan, and a fixed estimate you can plan a budget against.

    Build

    Two-week iterations with working software at the end of each one. You get repository access, a staging environment, and a demo — no black-box development.

  3. 03

    Ship

    Release pipelines, monitoring, and documentation are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought. The product goes live with the operational tooling around it.

  4. 04

    Support

    Post-launch we stay on for maintenance, iteration, and scaling — or hand over a codebase your own team can pick up without archaeology.

Written Scope, Fixed Estimate

Every engagement starts with a documented technical scope and a real estimate. Changes are re-scoped in writing, not absorbed silently into the timeline.

You Own the Code

Full intellectual property transfer on delivery. Your repository, your infrastructure accounts, your right to walk away with everything at any point.

Engineers, Not Layers

You talk to the people writing the code. No account managers relaying requirements, no translation losses between you and the implementation.

Production Standards

Code review, tests, CI, and monitoring on every project regardless of size. We build what has to run for years, not what has to demo once.

What clients ask before signing

How do you estimate a project?

Discovery produces a written technical scope broken into deliverables. We estimate each one and give you a total with a stated confidence range. If the scope changes mid-project, we re-estimate in writing before the work starts — nothing gets absorbed silently.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repository or a repository transferred to you on delivery. Cloud accounts are registered in your name. Full intellectual property transfer is written into the contract.

How do we communicate during the project?

You get a shared channel with the engineers doing the work, access to the repository, and a staging environment updated continuously. Each two-week iteration ends with a demo of working software.

What happens after launch?

Either we stay on for maintenance and iteration under a support agreement, or we hand over documentation, runbooks, and a walkthrough so your team can take it from there. Both are normal outcomes.

How does contracting and payment work?

Contracts are signed with Devcor LLC, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. We invoice in USD, AED, or RUB against multi-currency corporate accounts. International clients receive standard commercial invoices and acts of acceptance.

What is the minimum engagement?

For fixed-scope work, there is no minimum — small integrations and audits are welcome. Dedicated teams are contracted monthly with a three-month starting commitment so the team can reach full productivity.
